First of all, if you’re looking for a perfect solution to your leaking roof or roof replacement, look no further than Bryan and his crew at First Class Roofing Company. Two weeks ago, me and my wife discovered that our ceiling had a leak. We were so worried considering the storm is coming through Oahu. We were blessed to found First Class Roofing company. I contacted Bryan to have a quote or estimate for our roof and told him that we really needed a roof replacement. Despite his busy schedule, Bryan immediately came to our house and did the survey. To be honest, I wanted at least 1 more contractor to come out and make our decision from there, but after speaking with Bryan, it was clear who we were going with. Brian and his team did an awesome job.First off, I did have 5 proposals and inspections done from reputable roofing companies after checking and reading reviews, and backgrounds from the BBB and the State Business offices. But, I found that Brian was very responsive to my questions and follow up phone calls and willing to go the extra in helping accomplish my goals for our roof. Timing was important due to solar installation. He explained thoroughly what they would do and the materials they would use. He also addressed a main concern of mine of a leaking area right over our porch and how it would be resolved. Our prior roofing company never fixed or repaired it properly after 3 times which created a safety hazard when ever it rained. No leaks now and looks clean and solid. They also use Malarkey shingles which I did want after doing some clicking and research on various websites. I chose the Highlander shingle in the Ivory Mist color due to its solar reflectance and that it meets Cool Roof requirements. Working with First Class Roofing was easy, quick, and great pricing… overall truly professional. Met with the owner Dugan, he came out to our house overlooked the job and with in a day gave me a proposal, looked at the break down and set a date. Dugan set up the deliveries for the material and trash bin. His guys bang out our roof in 1 day , and at the end of the day his crew went around and cleaned up all of the excess rubbish while Dugan showed me the finish work with his drone. Overall, I highly recommend them, nothing but First Class from start to finish… Much mahalos to Dugan and the First Class Roofing crew.
