Fraud They dont deserve a single star. They are big fraud after two months of taking money they say it is not available. They do not redund nor reply to calls and messages.

FS CUSTOMER SERVICE - WHERE ARE YOU GUYS? I am a complete online shopper and love the experience more when the customer service is prompt. This is my first frustrating and absolutely disappointing experience with online shopping, all thanks to Fashion Station. How do they have great reviews, I know not. I have placed 9 orders since 2nd March and most of them are yet to be dispatched. Their customer service team is just a bot who keeps sending automated messages and emails. No action is taken on your queries and issues ( I have tried all channels of communication but its futile). Plus, there isn't a delivery timeline even so that the customer is atleast aware of when their products can be expected. FS team, please have some courtesy to reply and reach out to me to get my issues sorted asap. **In continuation to my last review where the FS team mentioned I should reach out to the customer service team for " swift resolution "... please check the attached whatsapp messages from your customer service team. Now who is going to address mine and the rest of the customers issues whose orders are pending?

No update for order since 2023 december I have placed 4 orders from your website by two different email ids My order numbers are #908268 #904649 #908496 #907980 I places it In the month of december 2023 Whenever i am trying to message you people you never respond never reply i get only automatic messages It has been really long now i am really worried Please refund me atleast in my wallet so that i can place order for the products which are ready to ship I expect your reply show some courtesy and do call on my nums or reply my emails ASAP or atleast cancel my order and refund me in my wallet Dont just simply reply by saying to contact your customer service for immediate assistence as you people never respond there

No update regarding my order good afternoon , I have placed an order two month before but i still haven’t gotten any update regarding it neither i have recovered any one my parcels My order no . 948750 I have placed my order on 28 February 2024, and completed the online payment I tried contacting your support team through email whatsapp and calls and did not get a reply on any one of them I kindly request you to update me on my package and when will it be delivered! This is very disappointing from your side of the team to not give any update regarding the order which have been placed a month back and haven’t been properly replying to the emails which have been sent to you earlier

Horrible experience. Non Delivery of order even after 4 months. Absolutely pathetic and waste of Time. I placed almost 5 orders in December and April and they havent even shipped a single order. And 3 of these orders were ready to ship orders. No response from customer care. Its like begging for your own money. They do not respond on any calls or any messages. And they do not ship on time at all. You have to place an order and forget it. Such is the pathetic service. 2 of my orders were cancelled in March and today 22nd April yet I haven’t recieved any refund. This is how they treat you. And Im literally calling every number available but no response. If you are ordering from this website forget about your order. Its never going to come. And the time line provided is NEVER TRUE. When asked they have a bot message to reply “order delayed from designer as soon as we get it will ship it to you”. When all the sellers / resellers get it in India, these people will never have it.

outfits delivered timely I ordered from ethnic outfits from france for my niece and daughter. Good timely delivery in 3 days from india. got 20% off saved some $$$ with their midbazaar sale. the outfits are gorgeous n beautiful. the brand that i ordered was elan and zaha.

Happy with my order Happy with my order. I placed order from Ghazal collection from brand houseofmist as i was impressed by the unboxing video. I received the parcel this morning to check if I will get the extra things along with dress as promised by the brand like all motifs n all. Motifs were packed in a separate pouch along with 4 laces in different colors as shown. Happy to see that atleast this designer house of Mist is giving the customers what is there in the inlay pictures. The package from House of Mist is also good for gifting purpose specially as it has so many xtra thinx along with the actual dress.

Stay away from this fraudulent business I want to express my profound disappointment regarding my recent order with this company. On February 20th, I placed a prepaid order totaling ₹8800, expecting prompt delivery and quality service. However, it has now been two months, and I have yet to receive the dress. This prolonged delay has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Furthermore, I must address the abysmal state of your customer service, which I regret to say is both pathetic and virtually non-existent. The lack of communication and assistance throughout this ordeal has only exacerbated my dissatisfaction. I had initially considered making a larger purchase, totaling over ₹30,000, but I am now thankful that I refrained from doing so. Your company's disregard for customer satisfaction and basic service standards has made it abundantly clear that such an investment would have been ill-advised. In conclusion, I am deeply disappointed with the entire experience and would not hesitate to caution others against engaging with your company. Customer from Dubai UAE Based in dubai i had tried to buy Nishat Lawn from stires here. After searching online in dubai i was unable to find the dress code I was looking for. When i could see the same clothes were available in India on thefashionstation store. I ordered in mid march abd received delivery in three days. The order was received in original packing but no box was there. Rest everything seems original. Dress is beautiful. 🙈

The FASHION STATION IS NOTHING BUT A FRAUD SO BE CAREFUL OR YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY HI..This is Sheetal from Jammu. I placed an order on 18th MARCH, 2024 from the Fashion Station website and paid RS. 2240 For the article. Till date I.e. 17TH APRIL, 2024 Its status is ‘processing’’. I tried many times at the fashion station customer care number but never got any response from them. Then 2 weeks ago, I wrote an email to them that I'm interested in buying some dresses and have a query related to that purchase. To my surprise, I got a call from this number 9891891842 in 5 minutes. BUT when I told them that I had a query regarding the article I purchased they disconnected my call and never picked my call again. In that email, they shared mobile number of Ramiz QUERSHI (9990968786) also. I tried to contact him as well first he listened to , y query then he stopped responding.. SO, PLZ IF you are reading these reviews I suggest you to never ever buy anything from the FASHION STATION. they are nothing but the fraudsters. DON’t be fooled by some Muslim guys from Kashmir. I AM SURELY GOING TO report them to the CRIME BRANCH. IM SHARING A SCREENSHOT OF RAMIZ QUESRHI chat.. You can see yourself that I got no response from him till date.

Best products online Let me tell u this is most amazing website. Have never seen such beautiful clothes before. I had ordered a sharara in Feb 2024 from Afroseh brand. I received the parcel now after stitching. It has been perfectly been stitched. I had asked the team to add dori as shown in image and they accepted my request. The delivery time can be long for this site but that’s understandable as these are not produucts that are easily available on nykaa fashion or h &m.
