How to Collect Reviews on Shopify and WooCommerce

Step 1

In your Trustindex account, navigate to the Get Reviews > Integrations menu.

Step 2

Click on the Shopify or WooCommerce logo – whichever e-commerce platform you use.

Step 3

On the app page, click on the Download button, and you can start using your Integration as soon as it is installed!

Setting up your automatic review-collecting campaign is very easy.

Step 1

As the first step, select the platform you want to collect reviews on. This can be Google, Facebook, Yelp and various other review platforms.

Step 2

Next, select the timing for when you want the emails to be sent. You can specify the number of days and actions that trigger the email, such as 7 days after the order is fulfilled.

Step 3

The last step is email customization. Add key details like sender name, address and email subject and personalize the review collecting email to your liking.

Step 4

Feel free to use the test email field to send test emails to yourself to ensure everything appears correctly and all links work.

Step 5

Make sure to Save your campaign after you’re done. That’s it!

Users have the option to set up the Intelligent Invitation System for their Shopify or WooCommerce Integrations, just like in the Trustindex admin. 

With this system in place, if your recipient chooses to rate you 1, 2 or 3 stars, we do not redirect them to post their review right away. Instead, the system offers the option to contact your customer support directly to resolve the issue. They’ll still get the option to go to the platform and write a review, but if they want their issue to be resolved, it’s more likely they’ll contact you instead.
