Addendum to previous review This is an addendum to my first review, which was extremely negative about my experience with AllSouth Appliance. In my first review, I noted that my dishwasher was dysfunctional from the beginning and a necessary part took 2 months to arrive. That was not my concern because I know we have supply chain issues from the pandemic and the dishwasher was a second one for me so I at least had one functional dishwasher. My negative review was because I could not get anyone to communicate with me about the status of my repair. Since then, the manager of the Huntsville branch (Tim Carrick) has communicated with me. More importantly, I want to emphasize that Erich Weber, the representative from AllSouth that I have had the most experience with, has ALWAYS been trustworthy and honest with me. In fact, it is because of his expertise, his professionalism, his kindness, and the fact that he has always gone above and beyond usual customer service to help me - that is the only reason that I would recommend AllSouth Appliance as a company. If Erich Weber was the only representative of AllSouth, then I could wholeheartedly give a 5-star review. Unfortunately, he works with others who do not have the same approach to customer care. If AllSouth was committed to customer care, Erich Weber is their best representation.
