Read the Reviews before signing up to use them After recieving many calls trying to sell the project and agreeing to use their service, plus paying a deposit, they stopped communicating completely. The work was to be done at an apeartment with tenants and I needed a tenative schedule and timeline to share with the occupants. After numerous calls leaving messages asking for a call back I finally reached out and informed the saleperson I was cancelling the job. I recieved a call, with a demand for an additional $3500 and they would start the project. I asked for a guarantee in writing that they would show and they refused. After reading the reviews on TrustPilot, this seems to be a common occurence with this Big Bully Turf. I will not be using them any further.
