Worst online company ever! The worst online retailer I’ve ever dealt with is this one. They persistently advertise items that are no longer available, even though they’re out of stock, eg Clarins Men’s Exfoliating wash. The company allows you to order these items online, and then they follow up with an email informing you that they’re not in stock and trying to offer you an alternative. I’ve only tried to order twice from these incompetent individuals, and on both occasions, I received the same outcome. This time, they went so far as to refuse my refund and completely disregard my numerous emails. I had to seek help from Clearpay, the payment service I used, to get a refund. I had to end up waiting fourteen days whilst Clearpay tried to contact this company. Even they were unable to contact the seller, but Clearpay eventually processed the refund. I strongly advise you to stay away from this company or you’ll likely encounter similar issues in the future.
