Great service, very smart After being frustrated with my new dryer being broken, Alex from Progress Service saved the day. The entire experience was 10/10. Highly recommend this company. They worked around my schedule, texted me to confirm and accommodated me. They were right on time for the appointment. Replaced the broken part on the spot and even offered to switch my door for me to match my dryer. He explained every step and educated me how to prevent this from happening in the future.
