Great Experience When it came time to sell my house I was faced with a few problems.With 6 children I wouldn’t be able to keep the house clean for showings and I didn’t want people walking through because of Covid. The other was the bank was requesting that the current house be sold before I closed on the new one .Here comes Community Home Buyers .I didn’t know much about them and never heard of them but the offer they gave me sounded good so I looked into them and decided to give them a try .We negotiated the price for the property,they actually gave me a little more than what I asked for and put a contingency in the contract.That the sale of my house was based on me finding another one .The housing market is one with a lot of obstacles.I had a problem with the property I was going to buy and my realtor and they even helped me with that .They had a realtor who showed me properties and even explained the comps for the area and pointed out things like the age of the plumbing and mechanicals.I ended up getting the house I originally wanted and they let me live in the house rent free while I worked out the closing.This was a blessing for me and although I’m sure somehow it would of worked out anyway.I had a peace of mind and if I had to do it again I would.They brought my house ,I had the check in hand to pay for the down payment and they let me stay in the house we were use to living in for an additional 4-6 weeks rent free while I went through closing.I also didn’t have to pay realtor fees which are quite substantial in todays market.Give it a try it worked for me .
