Solo trip What a great experience, I originally went for one week but loved it so much that I extended my stay. The fitness and the community there are really good , Helen, Emma and Tink were amazing in showing me around, booking classes etc. 7:30 class with Lucy is a must as well along with the Muay Thai sessions.
