We called Frank shortly before Thanksgiving and he answered all of our questions, including questions about pricing. We did not have to wait for a sales rep to come to our house and try to pressure us into buying something we did not need. By noon the next Tuesday the stair chair was installed and ready to use. Charlie, the installer, patiently explained its use for my husband, who is blind, and me with my orthopedic problems. The next day when we did have additional questions, I texted Charlie, and he responded within 30 minutes to help us. Our laundry is in the basement, and it is such a relief to be able to take bundles up and down the stairs safely.
