Got tricked by the page product sugestions... I browsed the page for a casing for my mobile model. After looking at a few, i settled for a black kind. Going to the checkout i was prompted with the same casing in a red color and after i looked at it i settled for that one instead (It was the same images with a different color then the other and also had the exact same cost, so why would i expect anything else). When i got the casing i opened it and tried it on my phone but something was wrong! It did not fit the phone... I took the box that contained the casing and read on the small label, it was not the same model as i intended and needed. I looked at my order recipt and surely it was not the intended model number that i expected... I checked my browser history and there it showed me that i was browsing the correct model all the time until i got to the checkout where i changed to a red casing (of another model...). I feel like i have been tricked since i was following the checkout process and everything from price to images and the fact that i was browsing this specific model. It was just a number difference in the product name that i did not notice... A 24 became a 22!!! I asked support for help and they just said sorry and refered me to the return policy and said that i should return the unpacked casing and they might be able to sell it again... Problem is... they only gave me a thread of false hope to endulge the problem. I showed them my browser history and they showed no real interest in helping. If they did, then they would atleast ask for my ordernumber or anything to make the scenario more reliable. Refering me to a page where i can order a return parcel and pay for myself or create a shipment myself with a address and just a statement that they would see if they can resell the product is not reasuring enough for me to belive that they would give me money back for the endevore since they did not ask any details about me nor the order before ending the support... Therefore i conclude that this would have given me nothing in return to do, since the policy states clearly on thier page that the package seal can not be broken to be refunded or returned.
