Amazing for my kids!!
My kids are 8 and 10 years old. These classes have made a HUGE difference in just a short time. My 8 year old daughter used to have a couple kids that would push her at recess and PE. With some knowledge under her belt she had the confidence to stand up for herself. Now they don’t bother her.
Also, my son didn’t want to go in the beginning. But he’s grown a lot being pushed outside his comfort zone, and was really excited when he noticed he kick was already getting higher.
