Difficult to get refund. They make up excuses. I ordered a shampoo and got the email everyone seems to get, stating that the product is no longer in stock. They offered a refund and I’m fighting to get it from them without success. They are hard to reach and make up excuses. They said as soon as I disputed the payment with the bank they would accept the claim and make the refund. It's been over 2 months. Stuck in a loooong mail conversation about my refund. Very disappointed.
