TERRIBLE - DRIVER DIDNOT EVEN KNEW HOW TO FOLLOW GOOGLE MAP I booked a cab online for my parents at Delhi airport and specifically asked the WTI cab spokesperson after the booking to make sure that the cab picks up my folks from the arrival as my mother had an injury in her ligament so it would be difficult for her to walk. I also shared the exact location of the destination address while booking online and even mentioned it in a call to the spokesperson of WTI that kindly make sure my parents don't face any hassle and don't ask for route details from them, however, the WTI Cab driver did not even know HOW TO USE A GOOGLE MAP even after I shared with them the exact location where they need to drop my parents, therefore My parents had to call my maternal uncle at 2 am in the night because the cab driver could not figure out the google map...and when finally my parents reached their destination, the WTI Cabs wanted them to SIGN ON A BLANK FEEDBACK FORM, they didn't want my parents to fill it and wanted to fill it themselves later on... of course my folks rejected.
