Poor Service, go elsewhere! Terrible customer service!! Impossible to get ahold of them to follow up when your order doesn't ship on time. Then when what you ordered doesn't fit on your machine they will jerk you around for 3 or 4 business days not returning calls and sending half ass responses before you have to demand to speak to the manufacturer to solve your own problems. Their phone system is screwed up and extremely frustrating. One time I received a call from the owner, but when I picked up he must have only pocket dialed me back because I hear him asking a child if they "wiped their butt enough". EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FRUSTRATING.
