Big Bully zero customer service. Not happy with Big Bully at all. None of my plants got any water in the heat of the summer because the water conversion was done incorrectly. I have a yard filled with dead plants but really pretty fake grass. Find a company that will take responsibility for there actions. This company does not. Not BBB Accredited if they were they’d have an F. 5 negative reviews. I used Yelp and am now sorry I did.
