Excellent I decided to use Hop Inn to purchase items to donate as a raffle prize for the rescue my buns are from. I wanted to support an independent business as well as the rescue if possible and found Hop Inn. Lisa was very supportive from my first contact, she agreed to deliver direct to the winner so the rescue didn't have to receive it and incur postage costs. Lisa also very kindly waived the cost for me and donated a ramp/ladder to go with the items I purchased. She also kept me updated re delivery so I'd know the prize winner had the items. The rescue updated me to tell me both bunny and owner were delighted with their items. It helped towards the rescue raising their highest ever amount from a raffle.
