Terrible experience The driver Ankit driving the car HR38Z9268 provided us the most pathetic service that we could have imagined. Forget about courteousness, he made it sure that we stay uncomfortable throughout our journey from Airport to Noida. We were travelling with 2 infants in the car and wanted the temperature inside the car to be controlled, but this guy was either opening the window, putting the AC in too cold mode or in too hot, and was giving the excuse that this is how the car is. We took WTI cabs for the first time and paid double the amount of what we would have paid to ola/uber, to get this pathetic service. I will never take service from WTI and would not recommend it to anyone.
