Forced into something I did not want or ask for I came to Air Nova Salon excited to brighten up my roots with some highlights for my birthday. My last bleach was in April, so I assumed it would be possible. However, Chen, the stylist, refused to bleach my hair, insisting I wait another three months. Instead, he suggested blending out my gray with a bit of brown at the root, promising a soft transition with my existing blonde. Unfortunately, what I left with was entirely brown hair—nothing like the blonde blend he had promised. When I voiced my unhappiness and asked to leave, he physically prevented me from doing so, keeping a firm hand on my shoulder so I couldn’t get up from the chair. Despite my repeated requests to be let go, he insisted he could “fix” it in 20 minutes. After five minutes of pleading, I realized he wasn’t going to let me leave, so I stayed against my will. The "fix" involved two stylists pulling on my hair while applying a product that smelled strongly of ammonia and stung my eyes. It was uncomfortable and painful. When they finished, my hair looked no better; in fact, it was worse. The roots looked patchy and uneven, like a botched home dye job. I left feeling completely betrayed and violated, not just because of the physical experience, but because my preferences and choices were disregarded. It was humiliating to be denied the look I wanted for myself and upsetting to be coerced into staying in that chair. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed with the service at Air Nova Salon. If you value autonomy, respect, and results you actually want, I cannot recommend this salon.

March contest winners not Announced So I spent March writing reviews , giving referrals and posting Wdv on my Facebook to get entered in to this win a pound of weed contest . The draw was suppose to be March. 11 there was no announcement and then when I had to make a complaint about the false advertising email they sent me I inquired about the the contest and this was his reply Josh (Weed Delivery Vancouver) Mar 28, 2022, 19:15 PDT In regards to the winner of the contest, after our first contest we published the winners publicly and received some angry emails so we decided to contact the winners privately and have them send us pictures if they were willing to share it but unfortunately none of the winners wanted to do that this time haha Josh from WDV. So that seems kinda shady to say the least.

$75 dollar mystery bag is not worth it I spent over $200 got regular fruit gummies SO I went to do a shop at Wdv but they had no promotions except $75 gets you am mystery bag well , usually their deal are %15-20 which is great if you spend $200-$300 like I do but a mystery a bag did not seem good , but then they emailed me personally telling me to trust them . Well my loyalty got the better of me so I did, what a joke ! I spent over $200 dollar for a regular bag of gummy ( legal not pot) and a gram of doubleAA weed and 2 =15 ml gummy ( I buy the high dose 1500)- these gifts do nothing for me. I could not be beileve they contacted me personally for this stupid promotion. This got me so angry I reached out their excuse was the person did not know me but enough to email ?. They offered me some points $20 but if its like last time the points are never right and or don't always show up. Buy at your own risk
