I paid a $500 deposit and didn’t use the services due to miscommunication of deposit, I spoke to him about a refund and was told no refund I never signed a contract saying no refund It’s not the website and i have no email confirmation of the receipt at all. I do have my receipt from paying deposit with my debit card. It’s like I’m begging for my own money back. I asked him to send me a copy of the confirmation receipt signed by me saying no refund and still nothing. It’s been 48 hours and still nothing. I don’t think this is right or fair toe as a customer. This is poor customer service.
