A daunting task made much easier Getting a mortgage when you’re self employed has a reputation as being quite complicated, but Chris and this process has made it all so much easier and straight forward. With a fixed fee that seemed to be cheaper than other mortgage brokers it was a no brainer to take the stress away. Everything has been done very promptly and my mortgage was the first thing to be ironed out and taken care of ahead of everything else in the chain including surveys and conveyancing by a long way. Wouldn’t hesitate to use Roots again and recommend to others.
