Brilliant. Initial enquiry with Anne in the office was easy and pleasant. Anne explained the best mix for our needs and sent over the quotation. We agreed, paid and booked our delivery. Keiren arrived on time and was fully prepared, professional and informative. We had over estimated the quantity required but wasn’t a problem as it is all mixed on site and we only paid for what we used. The rest was refunded later. This was the first time carrying out a concrete pour and I would certainly use K&B again. Surely it can’t get any easier.
