Horrible customer experience in Austin shop Horrible experience. Cody does not answer messages or calls. Long story short I delivered my Jeep for dent fix and windshield replacement on 9/14, and after tons of unanswered messages and calls Cody told me that I could pick up my Jeep on 11/9. When I got there I noticed that the windshield was not replaced and we agreed to have someone replacing it in the next day and today, 12/5 I still don't have any answers and my windshield is still cracked. I'll check with my insurance what can be done since they were fully paid by them back on September and there is still work to be done and they are not answering me at all. It was a horrible experience. Don't do business with them if you don't want to have unnecessary stress.
