Sells Unnecessary...Terrible I had a horrible experience at Chelsea Aesthetics Spa. I booked with the male owner but was treated by an unintroduced injector who ignored my profile and pushed unnecessary procedures. I went for Botox to check lip filler migration, but she criticized my face, pointing out “flaws” like a weak chin, droopy eyelids, and more, recommending jawline filler and Botox. When I questioned her suggestions, she dismissed my concerns. As a healthcare professional, I found her behavior unprofessional and unethical. Shockingly, she isn’t listed as an injector on their website.
