Almost There..... After much research and deliberation, I recently ordered a Artisan Bespoke from John Ryan By Design. Your customer service levels from your initial responce to my email enquiry and right through to the follow up two phone calls after ordering the mattess were both excellent. However there were a couple of delivery issues that I feel need raising, as the company that you use for the delivery slightly let down John Ryans "amazing" level of customer service in my opinion. 1. No courtesy reminder text or call from the delivery company the day before delivery. 2. I had to call them as the mattress had not arrived by mid afternoon (16.15) & only response I received was the mattress was out for delivery and driver would call me an hour before delivery. 3. Finally received a phone call from driver at 19.14 hrs and mattress was finally Deliverd just after 20.00 hrs. By that time Of night it was to late to use the mattress. If your delivery company can address these couple of small issues that I have illustrated, then I feel John Ryan cannot be beaten for Their excellent levels of customer services. I look forward to reveiwing my Artisan Bespoke mattress in two or three month time. Many thanks to all the team at JR for all their hard work. Alan.
