Don't recommend I invested $6,200 and, after months of effort, I feel my time and money have been wasted. Here’s what I’ve received: Outdated Videos: The course material hasn’t been updated (Covid time recordings), despite new, higher-quality content available on PK's YouTube channel. Some tools mentioned are no longer functional or free. Community Forum: I find PK's free Facebook group to be more beneficial. Mentoring Emails: These often redirect to the course material, which hasn’t provided the support I anticipated. This course is heavily reliant on a third party websites and there are hundreds of factors you need to consider and support is basically referring back to the outdated materials. My expectations were based on course advertisement, which suggested I could identify cash flow-positive, high-growth properties. However, my experience has been quite the opposite. For instance, many of these properties sold recently indicate yields below 5% when accounting for higher council rates and insurance in those areas, along with the risks of flooding and bushfire zones and in between of many public housing. My primary interest was obtaining a list of top-performing suburbs, as he frequently mentioned in videos that clients have access to top suburbs. While some suburbs were discussed, I believe it has not gone through thorough analysis and it was a basic analysis. In summary, the product was not what I was expecting at all. I was expecting to buy a property shortly with a minimum effort and maximum support from him and eliminating the need for a buyers agent which did not happen. While I acknowledge that the course may be useful for others, it hasn’t met my needs. Definitely not worth with this price
