PK is the best I am a stock market Investor and use real estate to diversify my portfolio. I have benefitted immensely from PKs courses and a lot of his free videos. Whether the course fees is worth it or not is based on your personal preference and circumstances but I believe we need more people like PK who are a net positive for the society. Whilst I am not very passionate about real estate, I challenge you to find a better course or a better mentor than PK, I doubt you can ever come up with a genuine alternative. What saddens me is the amount of unnecessary negativity around him and his course especially by people who have never done anything meaningful in their life. My suggestion to anyone doubting PK is to simply watch his high quality free videos with an open mind.
