Great training experience I completed the Japanese head spa at the beginning of the month. After speaking to a few training courses in my area I found Matrix even though it was 2hrs 30 drive I decided to go with them as from the start they talked me through the course and what it involved and answered all the questions I had. The course it’s self was a really good with Natalie she made sure we understood everything and the training was a lot of practical so we learned so much, the packs that we were given had a lot of information so we knew what we needed and the best places to buy from. Even after the course any questions or help I’ve needed Natalie has been great and helped. Thank you xx
