Ill raise the star level when they fix some issues hear. Feel like they just don't care. Had it happened a few times where I try to tan it doesn't turn on than when I try to scan again it says one use per user or whatever. One of the massage chairs is slightly broken. I can never pay anything with app on the machine. Nearly every treadmill is broke. Man fix this. There are other gyms here in conway. It's carelessness that ticks me off.. the place is always clean people are nice here. Just fix these issues and I'll delete this review. Feel like that's the only way it might get resolved. I've been a 10 Fitness member for 12 plus years. I've gone to several of their gym over the years. Thank you

I Love, 10 fitness. The facility is clean and you have so many choices of equipment to use. I love the movie room because there’s always a great movie to watch while I’m working out.

Friendly staff, great classes and a variety of equipment to use. The facility is clean and well maintained. Questions are always answered. It has a great family atmosphere! I am greeted by my name. That is amazing!!

I love the classes and attend all the morning classes offered at 8:15 and 9:15 Monday through Friday. The instructors are great and the variety of classes allow me to stay in shape. I also attend 3 per week of the level 10 classes. I prefer to go to class with an instructor and others to keep me motivated! I would recommend 10 Fitness classes to anyone !!

Love the gym. Not a fan of the trainers telling people its required to do on-boarding which entails a fitness assessment in order to use the gym. On-boarding entails signup, getting access to the gym via app or wristband, getting your photo taken. You are not required to do the "free fitness assessment". Madison spoke to me a couple of times about this and apologized for the miscommunication. She was very kind and definitely fixed all reservations about going back.
