In the dealings I've had with Tracey and her team at Two's Company I've found them to be very professional people. They seem prepared to listen to what I have to say and take it on board. I haven't found them to be pushy or over the top salespeople like some introduction agents that are only interested in getting you on the books as paid member and not whether they can actually match you with anyone. I've been pleasantly surprised thus far.

Tracey refuses to communicate. She wanted a ten-minute phone call, I told her that I can't do that. I tried asking for other ways to do it. She has my email and my phone, and she told me via text that she only wants a phone call. No idea why. She just doesn't want to communicate.
I tried visiting Tracey in an attempt to communicate with her. Only to find out that it's a fake storefront. The address is Helensvale tavern. The two photos are of a cafe, not an agency.
I checked the business license and it's only linked to her name, nothing else. It could be a scam?
It's very disappointing that she's set up this mysterious ten-minute phone call barrier. I'm on the 17th day of a hunger strike, that's what I've been driven to because of the lack of support for finding someone to be with (which I can't do myself). I should never have gotten my hopes up.

You enquired with our Service this week and an initial 10 minute phone call is always required to create a profile on your behalf where we perform a Complimentary compatibility match to determine whether or not we would enrol you as a client! This is standard procedure for all Two's Company enquiries! Our base is Helensvale and Meet & Greet appointments for anyone must be arranged during phone consultation!
