Came round at short notice near to Christmas to look at a slow puncture on my transit with a view to a potential fix, however on closer inspection (which was run by me in good detail and explanation) ended up getting two new rear tyres. It wasn't a decision i was pressured into (terrible tyre jokes aside), and sure enough 1st Response were back first thing in the morning to switch over rear tyres on the van.
All things considered, and having used Halfords mobile fitting before so having got some metric to compare to, this was painless. Easy to organise without jumping through hoops, prompt, friendly and professional service. If you've got any reservations about using Dean and 1st Response because maybe you haven't before - don't. Highly recommended, and for those local to Cardiff likely one you'd benefit from saving in your phone for the future.

Excellent service. The fitter turned up on time. He was great and very polite and had two new tyres on my van in under 30mins. Couldn’t recommend highly enough. Will definitely use again

Dean arrived on time, it took him 15minutes to changed my flat tyre in the pouring rain. He was courteous and quick.
So glad to have my car back on the road so fast.
