I recently purchased from First Choice Mobility Ltd., a part for my recliner chair, which I was unable to source in Ireland. My order was processed and dispatched very efficiently and the company have an excellent customer service. I would highly recommend First Choice Mobility and would purchase from them again.

I can thoroughly recommend First Choice Mobility Ltd. Due to a problem I had when trying to purchase a spare battery for my Power Chair, using my PayPal account, I contacted their customer services. I was immediately put through to one of their representatives by the name of Andy. He was extremely helpful and solved my problem in no time at all. It was very reassuring to speak to someone who went out of their way to help in every way they could. I will most certainly purchase from them in the future.

Great service they have supplied some of there old wheels to fit to our Archery targets to make it easier to move as we have several archers with mobility issues thanks again

I needed a replacement handset for my riser recliner. The original handset had been replaced by a new model and of course I managed to order the wrong one. Their customer care is excellent thanks to Dominique Smith i was soon experiencing the ups and downs of my day once again. 🤣

So helpful, someone stole my daughter’s walker. I called this company to try and get one as quick as possible. They searched everywhere. They called the actual company for me to give me the best advice. Then they managed to get a walker to my door by the next day. I can’t believe how helpful they were.I would definitely recommend this company

Delighted with the help received from First Choice Mobility Ltd. I rang last week asking if they hire of electric wheelchairs as my friend's mobile charger (non standard fitting from Care Co) was not arriving for another week. The staff asked for details of her wheelchair and made some phone calls. They managed to find a compatible charger which arrived the next day! Was impressed that the staff took the time to enquire about the problem, when I had actually phoned to enquire about hiring. Highly recommend this firm.

The staff at First Mobility are amazing! So helpful when my 90 year old father-in-law visited and had forgot the key to his mobility scooter, First Mobility lent us a key without charge - so kind and they saved the day!

Brilliant service very friendly and helpful I had some problems with the seat on my mobility scooter, and sought his help. He’s ordered me a new seat and fixed the existing one!

I used First choice mobility for some advice and parts. Geoff was absolutely fantastic, I had an issue with one of the parts and he kept me up to date with progress. It’s hard to find a conscientious company nowadays. First Choice Mobility should be everyone’s first choice for mobility advice and spares. Thank you once again Geoff.

Found the part (a footrest for a wheelchair) with no problems, in contrast with several other firms. Arrived within two days. Very polite and helpful staff.
