They sell a lot of defective and counterfeit items, and a good number of junk items. Careful writing an honest review, they will attack you. It's immature. Please use the energy to fix your business.
Sorry? What do you means defective and counterfeit items, and a good number of junk items? Why you only bid $1 for junk items? Don't you know that all the items are returns? If you think you can spend $1 to get something worth $100, then you don't need to participate in the auction. You'd be better off shopping at a retail store for items you believe aren't junk.

Be careful with these folks- they sell quite a few broken items, and they also push you to pay e-transfer because they are too cheap to allow your credit card to go through on the HiBid site

Important thing to remember, Buyer beware. Once your bid is confirmed, it's yours!

We checked all of your 7 invoices and your email. You never contact with us about your items has somthing wrong. Never. Our terms has been writen down very clearly. Why you not follow it? Seems like these guys are new, in an area where other established businesses are offering similar services. Friendly and accommodating staff. They have very specific instructions for buyers. My one purchase from here 07/2024 was a good buy, and I will likely buy again from here.

First time bidding here and had a great experience! I purchased a large item but unfortunately it didn't function as intended when I got home. I contacted them and received a prompt invitation to bring the item back. The employees were helpful in trying to get it working again, and when we couldn't make it work they offered an exchange for another item. The manager was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. I feel reassured as a customer and will be back to bid again!

Read their policy very carefully. If you're sick and missed a call, they will resell your item and keep your money.
Our policy are clearly written: you must pick up your items within five business days. If you are ill or have other reasons preventing you from picking up your items on time, why didn't you contact us promptly? Moreover, when we took the initiative to reach out to you, you did not respond. Why shouldn't we be able to restock your items? You do not follow our policy and blame all the mistakes on us. Why don't you admit your own mistakes? If you don't follow our policy, why should we follow you? If you cannot pick up your items within five business days, please do not participate in the auction.

Read their policies very, very carefully, and expect that whatever you buy will be near impossible to return. And don't try to reason with the manager as she won't be bothered to deal with you and will probably just yell out from the other side of the warehouse, "we are not a retail store!" I've been a regular here for about a year and have spent hundreds of dollars with this auction but I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.
Absolutely we are not a retail store. We do not make any mistakes. You want return without reason. We think you should go to retail store and return anything. Good luck!

Very bad quality materials and zero customer service.
I got multiple items from them, and when they were missing items or broke within minutes, all they had a standard rude reply - Anything less than $80 is no refund. Really! atleast test the items before listing them.
I would strongly suggest all to not bid with them for the really low quality materials.

(I will preface this post by saying I've tried to post this review for several months and Google has some algorithms that prevent ratings that are not in line with existing reviews, thus my 1* review has never been posted - I eventually got it to work by posting a 5* review, then editing it back to a 1* and had to check through incognito tab to make sure it was actually posted).
CC Power Deals offers $5 off for a 5 star review. While I've not had an issue with their customer service, I'm giving them 1 star based on their 'auction' (and I use this term lightly).
I discovered them a few months ago and in the first week got some great deals, but it has become blatantly obvious that the company staff is outbidding people on the majority of the items up for auction in order to increase the selling price. The proof? Well, most of the items valued at more than $50 also appear on their FB page. How can you have something up for auction and up for sale at the same time? Well, you make sure the bidder doesn't win (unless they pay close/over the asking price that you've got the item listed for on FB). My pic is just an example of this but look them up on FB and you'll see whether the item you're bidding on is worth your time or what the minimum price they're willing to sell it for is.
Another tell-tale sign is that while the first bid is usually set at $5, you'll see a bunch of items with one or two bids that have already reached well over $50 (why would someone bid over $50 when they could have gotten the item for $5-$10)?
You'll also notice most of the items show up on the auction week after week (I can only assume that they outbid actual bidders so often that they 'win' back the item and it gets recycled back into the listings on the following auction).
This dilutes the entire auction experience. They should just be a liquidation store if they have secret minimum prices set. I've been an auction participant for well over 10 years and this 'auction' does not have the characteristics of any other online auction site. Sure, you may get the odd deal, but these practices have just turned me off completely from wanting to participate in these auctions, especially when there are plenty of other online auction sites nearby.
