I thought it'd be gimmicky but it was actually really fun. I did the Camel Ride and got complimentary lunch snacks. I'd like to come back for the moonfire zipline to see the stars at night. Take the shuttle there as you can't Uber or drive to it.

Overpriced for what you get. Terms are not clear. Like a timeshare tour, don't waste your time.

Expensive for what you get, especially for those not eligible for all activities. I could see how if your group were all adults you could run around and make it worth the expense, but if you have young children or adults going just to watch the young children, the prices are gouging! I paid $96 as a pregnant lady, unable to participate in any activities, to essentially watch the youngest in our group play at the water park and be a drop off point for the children who could really only do the camels and horses. The pricing and options themselves are unnecessarily complicated. The child pass is cheaper than one child activity... You have to be careful to confirm that your options include the park entrance fee and transportation or be sure to add those options to the non-pass options you're buying. Again, because our group was split in terms of ages and abilities this made it a pain to ensure we had ordered everything appropriately. Then, at the gate they tried to add a $25 entrance fee that I had already paid, I had to confirm with my email order and then wait 10 minutes for them to take it off the bill with the taxes. Paying taxes unexpectedly was another annoying issue. I paid online for all passes, activities, entrance fees and transportation fees. Then at arrival I was told I had a balance. The email confirmation of my purchase read: Subtotal: $531 Taxes: $0 Total: $531 No mention of taxes being due at arrival. Of course I'm already almost $600 invested plus I'm now 45 minutes away from the hotel so there was no turning around. It felt very shady. Once inside it was if the staff had arrived after opening... The water in the water park was not running even though it said it opened at 9:00. It finally came on after 10:00. I thought, no biggy, I'll take the toddler to the restaurant for a smoothie; the chairs were still on the tables and bar and they were mopping the floor. I walked around with nothing available for me and the toddler for about an hour. Once they got the water on in the park it became evident that it was overdue for maintenance. The slides are worn and tired; the lounge chairs were ripped and saggy, almost unusable; there were bees all over, flying and drowned in the water; the water was dirty with debris and my toddler found a band aid. We ate at the restaurant for lunch, our order took over 30 minutes to come out and the food was subpar. The fajitas were ok, but the steak was dry and chewy and our food was slightly cold. My husband had to return to burger and switched to fajitas because the burger patty was so dry and nasty. My mom commented that the strawberry smoothie had an "off taste" like it had been made with "old or moldy strawberries." At check-in the employee helping us emphasized that the last activity was at 3:00 and shuttles started leaving at 3:30, but in actuality, as we found out the hard way, about half the activities end at 2:30 (printed on the map). Two in our group went to Wild Canyon to zipline, but made sure to do the activities with the kids first. When they went to zipline at 2:35 they were turned away. This was very frustrating! The already overpriced experience became not worth it at all when they couldn't do that bucket list item! We left feeling like the whole thing was a scam. Purposefully difficult, inflated pricing, and hidden charges for a place that needs some TLC to say the least.

We did the camel rides with - “the camel guy” it was awesome! We did the Razor with Richie & Luis, they were amazing! Great experience. We got to meet Joanna the animal caretaker & guide. She was so genuine and very knowledgeable about all the animals! We highly recommend this place!

Had an amazing time driving the utv, they have a great team. Overall a fun experience.

Hice la fiesta de mi hijo en Wild Canyon y la verdad todo salió increíble, los niños estuvieron felices, nos trataron súper bien, el servicio es de primera y la comida muy rica. Las actividades con los animales estuvieron lindísimas, sin duda volvería a hacer la fiesta de mi hijo ahí otra vez!!

Went here for the UTV tour and it was an amazing time. The guides were fun and knowledgeable about the area. Tip if you’re not slow on the gas pedal you may get some extra surprises. Thank you to all at Wild Canyon
