360 Broadband Reviews

Jerry, the Install Manager for 360 came today and got us up and running again. I knew immediately when he came in that he really knew what he was doing and he got the job done right. He looked at the inside cable and in a few seconds determined it had moisture in it. The other installer had installed all new upgraded equipment the day before and replaced the very old brittle cable outside, but stopped short of really completing the job when he left that one length of worn out cable. Jerry got everything fixed and explained it all to us. He got our TV’s up and running and we couldn’t be more pleased. He really took good care of us. Now we can watch tv again. Thank you!

Chase came to my rescue and spotted the problem right away and got me up and going with in just minutes. He was very communicative with explaining the issues and was very polite. Will recommend to others.

Was told to spend $1200 for them to install a tower on my property, that would fix all my problems! told that by 3 separate people at the company. That was 3 months ago? Spent the money, guess what? still junk. they don't care, and they won't help. probably the only ISP less reliable than AT&T.

I live in Cherry Mound and received a great signal. I had my doubts but it works great even with us being at the bottom of the hill. I highly recommend 360 Broadband!!

Sid Bowman came out to our shop to install internet. He took time to explain everything before he started. He worked his magic and didn't leave til he knew it was working perfectly. 360 is lucky to have such an amazing employee!

I had an issue with my internet connection and Ryan from the Leonard office called me on Several occasions to get my internet connection issue resolved. Ryan has Great customer service!!! Jerry came out today and he was able to reconfigure the access to get my internet working within a short period of time. Thank you, gentlemen!!!

Sid from Leonard, Tx came to do the final installation for our new fiber optic service today. He was quick and friendly and right on point. Thank you for your prompt, knowledgeable and professional service.

Any time we have had an issue with service, (ie- internet goes out for any reason), my phone calls have been answered immediately, or returned within a very short period. The person answering, & the technicians, are knowledgeable, or if they don't have the answer, they get the answer for us. Anti time workers have been to our house, they have all been very polite, & let us know what is going on, before they do any work.

Holden installed my antenna and did a great job, he was professional and polite, thank you.

Jimmy Smith was great, and did an exceptional job. He took a situation I was extremely frustrated with and turned it around. Give this man a big pat on the back, you’re very lucky to have him.

Marcel and Sid were quick and efficient at solving our short internet outage. Sean and Trey were amazing on the phone, and overall I can't recommend them enough in our area.

I have had no problems with 360. Very good service.
