Unforgettable trip This trip was unforgettable. It was so adventurous to drive with 4x4 and sleep on the roof tent surrounded by beautiful nature of Namibia. The staff of Go Rent was very friendly and explained everything to us well (car/tent/Namibia). They also gave us tips on which roads we could better take during our trip.

Amazing experience! Toyota Hilux with roof top tent was reliable throughout the whole 11 day roadtrip. It was also relatively easy to self drive to Deadvlei sand road with this 4x4 car. Tent was really comfortable with option to ventilation if needed during the night. Also waterproof since we had some rain in Naukluft mountains during the night. All you could possibly need in your road trip was included, even wifi and sim card. Would also like to highlight the great service from Robert and Peter. They made sure that our experience would be perfect by offering 24/7 chat assistance if needed. When picking up the car for rental, we were in a bit of hurry to get on the road before sunset, Peter made efficient and fast job to get everything prepared quickly for us. Exrta points from airport transportation service; we returned the car and wanted to stay in Windhoek for another night, they offered to pick us up the next day from hotel to the airport for free. Thanks for such a great service!

I have no word to describe how incredible the adventure in this car was ! 13 nights during which we drove from south to north of Namibia. Tent and car were amazing. I can only recommend you this company! During the month of September in the south and along the coast, temperatures were low at night and in the morning, but thanks to blankets and sleeping bags included in the price, nights were much more confortable. I had a great experience with this company. The car was brand-new (even upgraded vs what I had booked), the camping equipment complete. I had everything I needed and more. Christina assisted me in a thorough and friendly way during enquiry phase and booking. Simon was a friendly driver both from and to the airport. Finally, Robert gave me complete info about the car and suggestions on the itinerary. The only issue I had on the trip (rental unrelated) was the classic tyre puncture. When that happened communication with Robert was prompt and efficient. As he accidentally was in the same area I was he even dropped by to make sure everything was fixed properly. As a solo traveler, this was clearly extra appreciated. I would recommend this rental company without any doubt.

Desde el principio todo fue muy bien. Teníamos bastantes dudas con el tema del alquiler del vehículo, porque hay muchas compañías en Windhoek Y finalmente nos decantamos por esta, porque Robert estuvo muy pendiente de resolver nuestras dudas. Christina nos ayudó también con el pago (a veces no es fácil hacer pagos online desde España a Namibia). El coche que nos recomendaron fue una auténtica maravilla, pudimos andar con él por todos lados, Recomiendo que le comentéis la ruta que tenéis pensada antes de seleccionar el coche para aseguraros de que vais a ir bien y sin problemas. El coche estaba súper equipado, no nos faltó de nada y no tuvimos ningún problema en nuestras tres semanas. Simon nos recogió en el aeropuerto y ya nos dió indicaciones al llegar para sacar dinero, movernos y conocimientos básicos del coche y del tráfico, así como una charla muy amena; aunque la oficina no está en el aeropuerto, nos recogieron y nos llevaron y todo fue sobre ruedas. Si volvemos a Namibia, sin duda los volveremos a elegir.

24 días conduciendo por Namibia y Botsuana. Para nuestro primer viaje por Namibia y Botsuana decidimos alquilar un 4x4 de la marca Nissan NP300 con equipo de camping completo (tienda de campaña, utensilios de cocina, mesa, sillas, nevera, prismáticos, etc). El coche estaba en perfecto estado, muy fiable y equipado con muy buenos neumáticos. El primer día tuvimos un percance y pinchamos pero al tener el material necesario pudimos arreglarlo sin ningún problema. En cuanto al trato con los trabajadores de la empresa, ha sido espectualar; Robert nos explico todo lo que debíamos saber con exactitud e intentaba que nos quedase todo claro haciendo explicaciones en castellano. Además, a la hora de hacer el pago como en España nos daba error pudimos hacer todo el pago allí mismo el día de la recogida del vehículo. Por otra parte, en la mitad de nuestro recorrido tuvimos un percance (se nos rompió la dirección del coche), nada mas comunicarlo nos dio una solución y al día siguiente estabamos en un tayer arreglándolo sin afectar a nuestro itinerario. Por último, el trayecto del aeropuerto a la ciudad esta cubierto, es decir, te llevan el primer día y el último de tu estancia, gesto que se agradece ya que el aeropuerto no esta muy cerca de la ciudad. Por lo tanto, recomendamos %100 alquilar con la empresa Go Rent.

Por otra parte, en la mitad de nuestro recorrido tuvimos un percance (se nos rompió la dirección del coche), nada mas comunicarlo nos dio una solución y al día siguiente estabamos en un tayer arreglándolo sin afectar a nuestro itinerario. Por último, el trayecto del aeropuerto a la ciudad esta cubierto, es decir, te llevan el primer día y el último de tu estancia, gesto que se agradece ya que el aeropuerto no esta muy cerca de la ciudad. Por lo tanto, recomendamos %100 alquilar con la empresa Go Rent.

Super accueil de Robert, super 4x4, super matériel de camping avec absolument TOUT le nécessaire (et même plus !), du wifi et une carte SIM. Bref, on recommande à 200% ! Exceptional 24 days driving through Namibia and Botswana. For our first trip through Namibia and Botswana we decided to rent a 4x4 Nissan NP300 brand with full camping equipment (tent, kitchen utensils, table, chairs, refrigerator, binoculars, etc.). The car was in perfect condition, very reliable and equipped with very good tyres. The first day we had a mishap and we punctured but having the necessary material we were able to fix it without any problems. As for dealing with the company’s workers, it has been spectacular; Robert explained everything we should know exactly and tried to make everything clear by explaining in Spanish. In addition, when making the payment as in Spain we were mistaken we were able to make all the payment right there on the day of the pickup of the vehicle. On the other hand, in the middle of our tour we had a mishap (we broke the direction of the car), just communicating it gave us a solution and the next day we were in a workshop fixing it without affecting our itinerary. Finally, the journey from the airport to the city is covered, that is, they take you the first day and the last of your stay, gesture that is appreciated since the airport is not very close to the city. Therefore, we recommend %100 rent with Go Rent company.

Totally recommended! A great company offering a perfect service. From Christina's hastle free booking and paper work, Robert and Peter's walkthrough of our trip with some very useful tips and Simon's flexibility to collect and drop us off after hours. But most importantly the car was in perfect condition, clean, good tyres and with all the equipment as advertised. We hope to get back to Namibia in the future and will defintely rent with Robert and team again.

For our second trip to Namibia, we’ve rented a Toyota Hilux with Go Rent Namibia 4x4 for the entire trip (4 weeks) with standard camping equipment. It was simply perfect! So much better than the experience we had 10 years before during our first trip. At this time, we had rented to a larger, South Africa-based company and had many problems with the car (3 flat tires during the first few hundred kilometres of the trip, problems with the batterie…). This time, we decided to rent with Namibia based Go Rent Namibia 4x4, and we highly recommend! The car was great, very reliable and equipped with very good tires, which is quite important when traveling in remote places. The roof tents and camping equipment were also perfect. Everything was well thought, with four boxes containing all what you need for comfort throughout the trip: everything you need to make a fire, cook, eat, sleep (extra blankets…), and enjoy nature (binoculars, headlamp…). Frankly you can feel that the team is used to do camping and knowns what is needed to make your trip incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. A special mention to Simon, who picked us up and dropped us off at the airport, and with whom we had a great chat. Many thanks to Robert and all the team also. The paperwork was handled really smoothly, around a nice cup of coffee! We definitely recommend Go Rent Namibia and will definitely choose them again for future trips.

Vraiment génial ! Devis et réservation par mail très facile, et on vient vous chercher à l'aéroport. 4x4 en excellent état (0 crevaison), et tout le nécessaire pour camper. Les gros plus : puce 4G et borne wifi, idéal pour la navigation, et on peut les joindre à tout moment sur whatsapp en cas de problème.
