We recently had floors in our home updated in 3 rooms from 50Floor a couple of days ago. The work was very well done, as we were very pleased with the finished product. The workers were on time and finished the work the same day. We were happily amazed at how quickly and efficiently they work to get the job completed. The crew was very knowledgeable and personable upon arrival. They handle our belongings with extreme care. Once they completed the installation, they carefully replaced everything back to its original place, and they took time to clean each area thoroughly. The visit was initially established through our salesman, Lionel B. Lionel was very "professional and personable" in his approach. He was extremely knowledgeable and thorough of the products we were seeking to have installed. He took the time to explain the products, and reviewed pricing plans with us as well. He followed through to ensure the work was scheduled. Our customer service experience was "excellent." There was, however, a little bit of a hiccup along the way, in which somehow our scheduled date of installment did not occur due to the late arrival of the product, which in turn coincided with the inclement weather that was forecasted. This sort of left our installment in limbo, as the installment date had to be determined based on the arrival of the product, and the outcome of the weather. The installation ended up being installed 6 days from the original installation date. We weren't too happy about this, as it appeared the product may not have been ordered in time to be installed on the original date. However, both Lionel and Chad made up for the mishap through their "amazing" customer service and commitment that ensured the installation would not incur any more delays. 50Floor stands behind and values their work. I would highly recommend this company, as they do impeccable work. This is our second round with them, as we also had work done our floors in 2021, of which we were also pleased.
