Hiring One For The Books (OFTB) as an accounting partner was the best decision I’ve made since opening my own business! Although the core of our accounting is done in Quickbooks Online, we have assembled an entire suite of cloud based software at reasonable cost which all works together to allow for efficient workflows. They allow me to track a unified set of construction budgets, invoices, approvals, and make electronic payments directly to vendors. What used to take me hours each week to review invoices, process vendor payments, print out checks, and coordinate with vendors to drop off those checks, now feels almost effortless since much of it is done with a few clicks thanks to all the work OFTB has put in to help setup the backbone of the system. Because of their willingness to learn and adapt, I am confident that I will continue to grow together with them, and exited to see what else we can do together. Highly recommended!
