Opal was amazing! This was my first time ever experiencing a mobile fingerprinting service and I was not disappointed. My original print was rejected and had to be repeated, so Opal came right back out and re-did it for me at no additional cost. I really appreciate the amazing service done by Opal. She was so friendly and kind, I loved her for making me feel so comfortable throughout the whole process.
