Not sure what to say. But I am blown away by these guys. They came out to help us with our network system and absolutely killed it and I was not even a regular customer of theirs. But they took the time to help me out! Simply amazing!

Tom is one of my favorite humans and his humor and knowledge in IT is by far the best if have worked with.

Tom and his team have been the IT professionals for my business for several years and there has never been a time that I was worried about their competency or the quality of their work. He gives me the luxury of not having to think about it at all. Every IT issue that pops up is addressed and resolved quickly. I will sometimes see a ticket pop up showing that an issue was taken care of that I didn't even know existed yet. I get sales calls from other IT vendors all the time and I've never once even considered meeting with them, it's a waste of time when I know I'm never switching.

When I called Tom, I was in desperate need of a new IT company. He came in and did an audit of my business, and gave me a plan of attack. We need to start this review with "I wish we would have discovered 702it years ago!". In our first few years of practice, our new office struggled weekly with lapses in all of our technology (wifi, microsoft office, data storage, cloud backups, phones, email scans)...pretty much everything one could imagine. We had attempted to manage these problems with an in-house employee who had some technology background. This was "good enough" at the time to keep the business moving along. However, there were so many unresolved issues in our overall operation. We were never all that efficient, as we were constantly disrupted by something crashing or malfunctioning. Over a year ago we met and hired Tom to handle all of our Center technology. It literally took under 2 weeks for 90% of our issues to be resolved and addressed. The remaining items all were eventually corrected as some issues needed additional time (from my specifically) or equipment etc. Tom continues to manage our Center's technology with attention, care, and passion. Yes, passion! He is super easy to work with and has always been available after hours and on weekends when something needs urgent attention. Having 702it and Tom join our team has been one of the top 3 business decisions I have made in the past 6 years since opening the Center. I have no reservations recommending him to anyone needing legitimate IT service and monitoring. A five star rating has been earned and deserved! Dr. L

They see and plan for problems before they ever happen with quality products, great service, and phenomenal communication.
