Update to my updated:
All I'm going to say is more threats and harassment. After blocking David on yelp after multiple time of asking him not to message me any more he began to text me which is harassment. He is trying everything to get me to take down my review.
Update to my review:
So they send messages asking how much to get a bad review removed from the poster. That's super professional don't you think? Then when you say no, you get a threat from them? Are these really the people you want to work with? Then when I tell him go ahead he tells me to have my attorney contact him? I don't think so. You want to threaten, you pay the fees. I also asked him twice to stop messaging me and he didn't. I'd be happy to tell and show anyone the full messages and tell the full story that happened. Along with the video of him talking bad about our house. Do not let these people bully you!

Worst experience. No communication. Waisted 6 weeks of time. We lost the house we wanted to buy because of no effort from them. Took pictures with an iPhone! No help! I have 6+text messages that were never responded too. Big mistake, our house was thrown up on mls then ignored.

Make sure you ask lots of questions and read between the lines or you will get screwed over.

I can unequivocally say I would not recommend 72 Sold to anyone. Most of the reviews here are from their realtors, not actual customers. Their "program" is just a bunch of empty promises. You are better off with a realtor in your area that does not make promises they cannot deliver on. Their commission was definitely not earned and their "program" is a joke. Our deal is done but I would never use them again and cannot recommend them. We signed up with 72 Sold based on a lot of promises that were never kept. Their pitch talks a lot about the marketing they do to drive competition and bidding war but that did not happen. They talk about one day of back to back showings so we didn't have people wanting to view the house on any given day which was a big reason we went with them. That never happened. It was basically the same as going with any other realtor. They took photos, put up the listing, and waited. We still had people asking to come by the house at various dates and times which was a major inconvenience and not what they promised. There was no bidding war. I understand the housing market fluctuates and that can control how the sale of a house goes but this whole process felt like we were sold on promises that they could not deliver. The agent they provided us with was difficult to get ahold of and often unhelpful. The agent also did not seem to have to have the best understanding of our area. We ended up providing the comps for them to use. All around we did not have a good experience and I would not recommend them.

I got 40K over asking price with 72sold. The process was fun and I couldn't be happier with the results I received. The communication was great and they really took care of everything. All I had to do was sit back and let them do their thing. I'm really happy I went with 72sold and so will you.

40K over asking price!
They had over 20 people show up and someone made an offer for $40k over asking price. They were great to work with. The responded right away and were able to answer any question I had. I couldn't be happier.

Lobna Hanonah. Don't get sucked into the pitch. She is full.of it and not willing to do any work or communicate. We caught her in multiple lies. Run as fast as you can in the other direction. Still can't believe she walked away with so much of our hard earned money for doing harm, not good.

I was renting my son's house and he decided to sell. I contacted 72 Sold because their promise was to get him the most money, I wouldn't have to have showings or open houses, and I could do a rent back for up to 9 months. They listed the property lower than the value they had stated and less than the owner had specified. I had to cooperate with showings and open houses. I had to be there for the photographer which took hours and I had to put things away so that little was on the counters or furniture. When the owner agreed to a price because he needed the house sold, it was below what he expected. I had to find a property and move within one or two months. Sandi Renteria handled most things for a while. She was inexperienced in the sale of previously owned homes. This was shared from James who was allegedly her partner. Later he said he hired her because he and her son were friends. Sandi had said she would help us with a rental. She found 1 property which was almost 30 miles from where I wanted to be and the unit wasn't near the parking. She knew that I had difficulty walking and in fact fell off the high curb when I went there to see it. After one of her suggestions, I asked her if she would put her mother in that location. She immediately called my son to complain. She spoke to him several times and managed to create a problem with me and my son. The short answer is that I wouldn't hire this company. They didn't keep their word and Sandi was unprofessional.

Signed with them to sell my house, before signing with them I checked to see what the value of my house was it was $350,000. The contract stated minimum price was to. Be $300,000. The agent supposedly representing me wrote everything up to the benefit of the buyer. She under cut my house by selling for over $17,000 under my minimum price. She allowed the buyer to dictate the move out day which was two days after the closing knowing that I had not even gone to the state I'm moving to, to look for a house. My attorney said the entire contract is skewed to the buyers benefit and that it was obvious my agent did nothing to help me. I am telling family and friends to run the other direction instead of signing with them.

Horrible company! If we ever can buy a house in Phoenix I will not buy one listed with them! They do game playing trying to just have an open house for two hours and leave just a small window for buyers. We traveled 2 hours round trip to see one of their homes and there was a car accident on highway that backed traffic up for hours. By the time we made it we called agent asking if she could open up home. She said NO just put an offer on home without seeing it. This was the second time they had done this to us. They are only for sellers and could care less for buyers!

The absolute worst real estate company I've ever worked with. First off, very poor communication. I would text at 6pm and wouldn't get a response till the next day. was very argumentative with me about how I wanted things put in my listing. He did what he felt like without asking me first. Blocked out all showing times for my home so that it couldn't be seen by other realtors. Whenever I called he was busy with other things in his personal life. This is not a realtor I need representing me!

The training with 72SOLD is incredible! This gives our team the ability to sell a home for more money, in less time, and less stress for the sellers, which is what every seller wants. I can't wait to do more with 72SOLD. I see this program as a huge improvement over the traditional way to sell a home. Thank you **** for developing this program. ***************
