Placement of embroidery was wrong. I specifically asked for it to be placed in a certain spot. She showed me where it would be beforehand, and I approved. When I picked it up, it was placed in a different area than where I was shown.
Response to owner: Yes, as I stated in my review, the tape was shown to me beforehand in a specific spot which is exactly where I wanted it. When I picked up my item, the embroidery was placed BELOW the taped area. What's the point of showing the customer the tape if you're just going to place the embroidery wherever you want?

We would have been happy to address any issue you had when you picked up the backpack. Unfortunately, you did give us an opportunity to resolve any issue you may have had. We used tape to mark the area you wanted the embroidery placed. The name was on the front bottom pocket as requested. We used the font and thread color you requested.

The final product it was just excellent, my shirts and bags for my computers look so professional and this is important for my business. The customer service great and the price is the best in town. I took 2 jackets January 5th (Friday) to have a name embroidered on the right chest pocket. I was told since it was after 4 pm that they wouldn't be ready until the 16th. I called on the 11th just to check and see if they may have started on it but was told it would be ready on the 16th. Since they hadn't started on the jackets, I went to pick up and was asked why I wanted to pick up. I told the lady I found another establishment who would complete in 3 days. The refund process was ridiculous. She told me the card handed to her was not the same card used to process order so she could not issue a refund. I had to file a dispute with my bank. The lady at front desk is not pleasant. I will not go back again. The other embroidery establishment on Cedar Ridge took 2 days to complete and was way cheaper than JZ embroidery.
