I shipped a few personal goods from Dubai to Tabuk. The staff came to my place to measure and weight and there very nice helping to pack in a way that it won't cost too much as the charges are per weight and/or volume depending on which one is greater.
The boxes arrived in a couple of weeks or less and beside a few sensitive thinks that I should have packed better, everything was delivered safely. Will use their services again. Thank you Al Fares Cargo

التعامل السيء من قبل شخص التواصل من خلال :
1. عدم الرد على الاتصال او الرد على برنامج الوات سب
2. في حالة الرد ، يكون باسلوب غير لائق .
3. عدم الالتزام بالوقت المحدد للشحن
4. الاجابة عن الاستفسار بدون معرفة بالاجابة الصحيحة (مما كلفني بمبلغ كبير جدا ، السوال كان هل يجوز شحن العطور .الرد كان نعم والواقع لا)

Shipped my 3 cars, plus some furniture with Al Fares Cargo from Dubai to Poland, as a resettlement property after leaving Dubai after 9 years there.
I did a proper research on the shipping companies, shortlisted couple and chatted with all of them. The worse cargo company,
I have paid more than 1000 USD to send some of home furniture, which delivered, broken, damaged and totally spoiled to the destination after more than two months
And not to the door as they are posting through the internet and social media.
Very bad through all the steps of frightening,
Just when I requested them to return back my things and my money then they started to push for delivery after months.
Bad in their deal , bad in their following up .
I don’t recommend their service at all.

We used al faris cargo to take some items to Kuwait and attached you can see the result. When I complained he said we don’t have insurance and he couldn’t care less! I’m shocked and deeply disappointed - they forgot these expensive goods in a warehouse til they got destroyed and delivered to Kuwait 2 months after we sent them which is disputable. Please check pics I posted
