I can’t thank Robert and his colleague enough for their work (sorry, I forgot your name). We bought a house and had 5 days to investigate if there were any issues with it. The next day, Robert came to check the electrical system in the house. Thanks to his thorough work, he found several faults in the wiring. He even sent me the report the same day, which was a Friday, when initially it was supposed to come by Monday. I am really grateful for that. I sent the report to the solicitor, and I had to ask Robert for a quote, which he quickly provided. The solicitor confirmed that the seller would cover the costs for the electrical repairs. We arranged a day when Robert and his colleague came at the scheduled time, and they fixed everything, leaving no mess behind. He also saved me over £2,000 with his thorough inspection and quick report. Robert is very friendly, kind, and thorough, and I absolutely recommend him and the company. Thank you so much, Robert. In the future, if I need work done, I would definitely call you.

We cannot recommend the A1 enough. Robert is very knowledgeable and really helpful. He’s given us a few options of how to achieve what we wanted, talked us through the pros and cons, as well as the associated costs. The work: we needed a new electrical connection fitted from one side of the house to the other. As we didn’t want the floorboards to be affected by the work we opted for a connection going around the outside of the house. The work was done brilliantly, the connection is very secure, everything works as it should and it looks tidy. The quote was very competitive, there were absolutely no hidden fees and the timing, final result and price were exactly as discussed before the work started. We will absolutely use A1’s services again (and soon!).
