A very prompt and efficient service. The man doing the job arrived within the stated timeslots - he was cheerful, polite and did a splendid and thorough job. (As he has done on previous occasions) He even replaced a circular paving slab that I had removed to allow access to the manhole cover - very many thanks!

I was told the lorry would come between 8am and noon. I phoned at 12:30pm when it had not arrived as I had not been phoned to advise that there was a delay. I was then told it would come sometime in the afternoon and it in fact came at 1pm. The lorry was 1,000 gallons capacity, although I had specifically asked for a larger one when the visit was arranged, as the previous year the tank was only half-emptied before the 1,000-gallon lorry was full. I again phoned and it was then agreed the lorry would come a second time after emptying the first load, and I would only be charged for one visit by a 2000-gallon lorry. This was what was subsequently done, with no recompense for my wasted time. Not the best service!

Thank you ABS for delivering an excellent service above and beyond the norm. Our operator Steven Jones was so careful getting the tanker through a tricky access. Nothing was too much trouble for him and it certainly wasn’t the most straightforward of jobs. The booking service was quick and efficient too. Can’t recommend highly enough so thank you to all.

Excellent service and nice to deal with a business where the call was answered quickly (which was at the weekend). The tanker was organised as a matter of urgency and came out very early as requested. The driver was very helpful and pleasant and the job was done efficiently and quickly. The company really does ‘live up to its name’ and we would definitely use ABS again plus would thoroughly recommend to others.

I have very mixed feelings about my experience. I had booked for my septic tank to be emptied at an agreed date and time. The driver came much earlier than agreed, when I was not home, which meant that I could not show him the two tanks to be emptied. Finding a low-hanging branch across the driveway that hindered his access he proceeded to tear down and uproot the whole tree.
I complained to the company and sent them the CCTV footage of the incident. They didn't even have the decency to apologise, never mind offer reparation.

Thank you for getting back to me after trying a number of times . I got the service that lots have been talking about finally, quick clean and prompt. Dean was great. one improvement you could add is include location of the tank access in the forms do the driver knows where to access.

Excellent service. Job involved clearing a blocked drain to soakaway. Was done quickly and efficiently. The man who came could not have been more helpful and went above and beyond, checking all drains and even fixing downpipes back for me.Even though I hadn't booked my septic to be emptied he offered to do it while he was here. Highly recommend.
