This is a horrible company who have done a horrible job in my house! They've come over twice after the original job to fix and both times the floor gotten worse. They advised us that they were going to notify the insurance company back in July 15 2024 and we never heard back from anyone. They also stopped responding to our emails. Now we're going to file suit on them. RUN FOR THE HILLS! All Bright Floor Restoration are offering to remove the lousy floor that they installed in my garage. But they want to keep the $2,350.00 and leave me with a concrete floor. First of all I will never ever let this guys in my house again! I review everyone who works in my house! It everyone rights to do that! Many companies use friends, family members and others to do 5 star reviews. Don't believe the fake pictures and 5 star reviews. All Bright Floor Restoration done us wrong! I'm going to update my reviews in a weekly basis to all platforms. If I can stop 10 homes from using them I did my job. One thing for sure they'll never do another house in Central Park Port saint lucie!!

We are sorry you feel this way, we stand on our offer that we have communicated. We have been in business for 25 years, we do not produce fake photos of 1,000's of floors. We have plenty of clients and locations open to the public. Again, we are so sorry you feel we can not come to an understanding and wish you the best. Hello Fernando, As we discussed in person and our emails with you, you approved the job on the last touch up. These coatings are liquidly applied and sometimes, they do have inconsistencies. We are more than happy to touch those up, as we have mentioned in every communication. In our contract, it also states that the product can get on surrounding walls and areas (even still, we agreed to touch the paint up for you - you declined and stated, "it was fine and you didn't mind taking care of it"). Furthermore, the insurance company covers damages to your property, like accidental broken windows, vehicle accidents and physical accidents. Unfortunately, it does not cover you being unhappy with the flooring texture (which you approved with the flooring samples we have in every estimate). As we stated before, we are happy to remove the coating from your floor as it seems we can not make you happy. It is unfortunate that we can't come to an agreement, but are still open to the offer in our last email. As a side note, slander/defamation of our business on all social media platforms with the circumstances listed above is also a case worthy offense in the state of Florida.
