This shop uses cheap knock off parts, the work is sloppy. In my case I had a
Screen replaced on my iPhone 12, and it went out in 1 month and 12 days. To top it
Off, I only received an estimate receipt, and
did receive a receipt with 30’day warranty info. The shop is cu Ning in their advertising as they claim they will warrant
For a year. When i came in they blamed me for dropping my phone, and contradicted himself by saying it had water damage. If they had been ethical they would have run a diagnostic initially and fixed it right the first time. I am out $200 to fix my I phone 12, and would have been better off sticking with apple for $50 more. The tech kept saying we are “not on the same page!” Trust me
Folks they have their own Book of fast, sloppy, knock off parts work and ethics. Do not patronize this shop.

Perfect. Sent on line question received response quickly. Came in today and dropped off my I phone 8. Battery and charging port worn but otherwise phone is great. 1 1/2 hours later phone is like new. Great service in such a timely manner is uncommon. Thank you for a great service

I went for breakfast and when I returned to the store, my iPhone's cracked screen had been repaired. The Apple Store is a ripoff and you need to schedule an appointment in advance.

A little disappointed that the frame color doesn't match what I brought in and was not told this until the job was completed.
Other than that, service was great. A part that holds the sim and memory chips was apparently broken inside the phone and he had the replacement part on hand so that was fortunate. This was on an older model phone - S8. Definitely would recommend.

Damn IPhones, with all the technology why couldn't they make the glass cover out of something that wouldn't crack so easily?? This is the second time this year I've damaged my phone. It's like holding a freshly caught trout, slips right out of my hands. The service and technical info I received here was first rate, I think I'll be coming back to replace the battery in the next few months.
