My tritons aircon failed during a heatwave. they fitted me in for repair right before Christmas. condenser was blocked. they updated me at every step with quotes and it was repaired the same day as well as a oil and filter change. Thanks guys

Overpriced workshop, not entirely honest in appraisal or diagnostic…I feel like they are chasing work so they creat it once they have your vehicle in the shop.
Had wheel studs break within 350km
Claimed bushings out of tolerance and when removed were like new
Brake rotors with less than 5000 km were apparently worn out but I couldn’t see them
Charged for diagnostic work to locate a door switch they couldn’t find….. I found the issue in 2 min after I got the vehicle back
I won’t be going back there, please make your own judgment

These guys go over and beyond to help, I had a technical issue with after maker injectors , despite being out of region parts they still tried to sort the problem out. When I offered to pay they were disappointed they could not resolve my Issue and told me no charge. Great team with old fashioned integrity. Thanks guys

Very disappointing. Overly priced service and came to pick up my car with flat battery of both car and the key. The receptionist said it’s just a coincidence.. i’m not sure if I should believe that. They gave me a hard time to see the invoice days prior.

I got my car to get fix in their shop but it took days to pick up when it suppose to be fix in the afternoon.
They left my car bottery drain
It just got chaning 3 months ago. They blame you that is just coincidence it happen in their shop.

I just wanted a leaking gasket fixed on the timing cover they gave it back to me stating it was fixed and it leaked like a sieve so I took it straight back and they blamed it on me
I had to instruct the mechanic on how to fix the problem by putting the bolts in the correct order and using sealant on them and eventually they did stop the leak
They will attempt to gaslight you and grow the work they do to their benefit
Also told me my wheel bearings were loose
Not realising I'd just been in there changing out all the brakes so I knew the wheel bearings were fine ...later I discovered why... front wheels had been loosened off slightly to give the appearance of worn wheel bearings
What mechanics would either miss this fact or let me drive away with loose wheel nuts ?
