COPY and PASTE in another window: C:\Users\Keith\Pictures\revised 1.jfif it would be hard to find more BS than i've encountered with these people... i wanted a complete body and paint job done on my 1996 Acura Integra. the body was in reletively good condition and there was no visible rust. but on closer inspection, there was a little rust under the top windshield molding, a couple spots of surface rust in the rear wheel wells, a little rust where the rear spoiler attaches to the trunk lid and some surface rust in the spare tire compartment that was cleaned off using a wire brush and then primer paint applied. this was not a typical ICBC 'replace the fender and steal the cash' job. in the end i paid absolute auto body $10,500. (6 grand cash up front and this did not include re-finishing my wheel rims which were sent out to another contractor; Nu Brite Industries, 9535 190th street, surrey; $1500.00). even doing the rims which meant the car was up on jacks for 10 days, this project should easily have been done in six weeks. absolute auto body dragged it out for 3.5 months. i still can't understand why. they WERE NOT that busy with their ICBC jobs. i often checked in to see the shops mostly empty and guys sitting around. meanwhile, they would work on my car for a day or two and then it would be sitting for another week or two. and there were other shoddy issues like putting the windshield and and "old" top molding back in place when i had sourced out and bought new moldings and cracking a strip of the once perfect dashboard between the defroster vents and windshield when i insisted on the new molding and they had to take out the windshield again. in the end, i just wanted to pay them and get my car back. moe, the manager suggested a ceramic finish. i said "yes, do it" and agreed to an additional $400 which i admit sounded more than reasonable and too good to be true (IT WAS!). it's been several months now since i reclaimed my car. TODAY, I JUST HAD IT INSPECTED BY A PROFESSIONAL CERAMIC COATING APPLICATOR (Majestic Auto Spa, 858 westwood street, coquitlam; behind the car wash). first, Amir told me that the entire car was covered in excessive overspray and that would have to be cleaned off. he showed/demonstrated this to me in a way that made it quite obvious and my "new" paint job did not even come close to perfection beside a new car. he also explained that there was absolutely no ceramic coating on the car. again, when side by side with a car with a new ceramic finish, the differences were quite obvious. NOW, I'VE PAID MORE GOOD MONEY (2 grand) TO HAVE THE OVERSPRAY CLEANED OFF AND A REAL AND PROFESSIONAL CERAMIC FINISH APPLIED. after viewing the additional pics of a properly finished job, it should become obvious why i wouldn't recomend absolute auto body (think honesty, integrity and customer service) to paint a dog house. signed a silly old man and his toy ps... when my car had been stuck in absolute auto body's shop for 2+ months and i asked the better business bureau for some help, they were no help at all. also: i can't/won't respond to anyone who might comment on this post. the other day, i recieved a response and, the moment i clicked on that response i suddenly had a virus and my computer froze. i am assuming that response was from somebody conected with absolute auto body. copy and paste: C:\Users\Keith\Pictures\car 9.jfif copy and paste: C:\Users\Keith\Pictures\car1.jfif copy and paste: C:\Users\Keith\Pictures\my old man toy.jpg copy and paste: C:\Users\Keith\Pictures\20221124_150320.jpg copy and paste: C:\Users\Keith\Pictures\20221125_085346.jpg copy and paste: C:\Users\Keith\OneDrive\Pictures\20230202_144708.jpg

The people were very kind and gracious and respectful. I cannot thank them enough for their professionalism and great work. They kept in touch with me and helped me the whole way. I cannot be more grateful to them.
