When I spoke to Wondi on the phone and described the problem we were having, he knew exactly what the problem was. He came out and tested the water, added all of the necessary chemicals and took time to explain what he was doing and why. He then took time from his weekend to come back and vacuum the pool. It is now CRYSTAL CLEAR and we can swim in it for the first time this year!! We will be using him exclusively for all future pool needs.

My husband and I have used or called a million different pool places for help with our pool and either they don’t return our calls or they leave us feeling more frustrated and confused than before they “helped” …. Wondi returns our calls immediately and always shows up when promised. He’s respectful, kind, has a great work ethic and even answers our questions when “off the clock”. We won’t call anyone else. He’s our guy!

Abstract pools came to clean and refresh our hot tub and clean the filters after we let the water sit unbalanced for too long. Wondi was quick, responsive, and prepared with all the necessary supplies. Highly recommend!

They do an amazing job! I continue to contact them to open and close my pool. As well deep cleaning it when needed. Very professional and friendly. With the season coming up I will definitely be using their service to reopen up our pool.

Abstract pool services helped me clean up my pool, open it, as well as close it. They were very fast and knowledgeable. I called numerous places around my area (Grand Rapids) and Abstract Pool Services was by far the cheapest, fastest and most reliable. 10/10.
